The Inbox Ledger (bestemailmarketingsoftware.site) publishes independent, research-based reviews of email marketing software for small businesses. This policy explains in plain language what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we never do with it. Questions? Email info@bestemailmarketingsoftware.site.
1. Data we collect
We collect as little as possible:
- Contact form submissions — the name, email address, and message you type in. These go to info@bestemailmarketingsoftware.site so we can reply.
- Technical data — anonymized analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) so we can see which guides readers actually find useful.
- Cookies — a small number of strictly necessary cookies that keep the site working (see our Cookie Policy). No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers.
2. How we use your data
- Replying to questions, pricing queries, and corrections sent through our contact form.
- Understanding which reviews and guides are genuinely helpful, so we update the right ones.
- Keeping the site secure and functional.
3. What we never do
- We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
- We do not run behavioral advertising or share your data with ad networks.
- We do not build marketing profiles about our readers. That would be ironic, given what we review.
4. Data retention
Contact form messages are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on corrections, then deleted. Analytics data is aggregated and cannot identify you.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email info@bestemailmarketingsoftware.site and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
