Short version: we do careful research, but we’re not your consultant, prices change, and you should verify before you buy. Here’s the long version.
Research-based content, not professional advice
Our reviews and guides are based on research: official vendor pricing pages, documentation, terms of service, and user reports. They are not professional, financial, or legal advice. Every business is different — what works for a 2,000-subscriber newsletter may be wrong for a 50,000-contact ecommerce store.
Prices and features change
Email software vendors change plans, prices, and limits frequently — sometimes monthly. We date our pricing checks, but a price we published last quarter may already be outdated. Always confirm current pricing and plan limits on the vendor’s official site before purchasing.
No fake testing claims
We never claim hands-on testing we haven’t done. Where conclusions come from documentation or aggregated user reports rather than direct testing, we say so in the article.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links on this site earn us a commission if you buy — at no extra cost to you. These relationships fund our research and never buy better rankings. Read our Editorial Policy for exactly how we keep reviews independent.
No guarantees
We can’t guarantee results from any software we review, and vendors’ performance claims are theirs, not ours. Use our content as a starting point for your own due diligence — which, frankly, is the whole point of this site.
